ERG 2020 Game for HazMat Solutions, Inc.

In 2020, I was approached by HazMat Solutions to create a virtual board game game for training purposes.  This game was to cover the material in the ERG 2020 book on handling hazardous materials.

I decided on building an HTML5 game using the Phaser 3 framework.  This allowed nearly any web browser to be able to play the game.  The ERG game was integrated into the learning system already used on HazMat Solutions’ website.

The ERG 2020 game has been used in many classroom sessions, where two teams would compete against eachother.  The game is also used in sessions by individuals, where they can complete for a prize each month.
